Cardinham 21st JULY is now a DAY MEET

Post by the janner vanner » Tue May 28, 2013 10:49 am

EDIT: THIS IS NOW A DAY MEET ON SUNDAY 21st JULY AT CARDINHAM WOODS, NOT A WEEKEND MEET AT THE CAMPSITE.
I took a look at the camp site at little Margate farm, their description of a gentle slope is a little under stated. Their isn't any level area on the site. It's really quite a sloping field.
Also, seeing as nobody has booked I am making the Cardinham BBQ meet, a day meet on the SUNDAY 21st JULY

(It was going to be held at Little Margate Farm camp site, Little Margate Lane, Bodmin, Cornwall on the week end of the 19th-21st July. The site is situated on the top of the road which takes you down to the BBQ area.
Owners Jenny and Stuart Philpot's contact number is 01208 74890. You would have needed to book direct through them at the site.
The tariff is £8 + £3 if you require electric per night for 2 adults. The site is gently sloping so I would think that wheel chocks will be required. To find site on google type in http://www.littlemargate.co.uk)

The Day Meet BBQ will now be held instead, on the Sunday 21st July from 10ish on, at Cardinham Woods.

Members of Bongo Fury, friends of Bongo Fury and Non members are welcome

Could you please let me know if you're coming, so I have some idea of numbers.
Cheers Dave

Might pop in to say hello, if I am allowed? We'll be in Mawgan Porth for the week, going home Sunday.

That makes it harder for me because I'll be packing up to get back to Swindon on that day

I may pop in on the way, just in case. Hope someone will make me a cuppa!
