There are two modules that emit Bleeps.
The main one the Sound Warning System - is located down at the drivers right foot behind the trim. However killing the bleeper totally might not be a good idea, there is a simple Mod (dis-connect one plug) that eliminates the key warning bleeps, that can be reconnected if you sell it later.
The second bleeper is in the AFT module mounted in the rear offside pillar - it also feeds the main SRS module for AFT beeps as well.

If you mean car alarm, then no as they are not fitted as standard.
