Cooking set up - external / internal gas supply question

Hi all - I have a removable rear kitchen with hob but wouldn't want to cook inside all the time. I am planning to get a couple of these

and run a short hose from the cylinder / regulator inside the van and swap as necessary so when cooking outside I can just unclip the internal hob and run a longer pipe outside to my cooker. Can anyone forsee any problems with this set up?
