rad leak coolant loss

Hi All, Driving home last night steam started rising from bonnet had look
rad gone on seam under top hose!, temp ok before and after event
(mason alarm fitted ) got home half mile away checked water,
level on min no sludge in cap hope i got away with it!
opinions gratfully accepted

New radiator, and bleed as per fact sheet!. Chances are you're lucky as the gauge was O.K.

Wheel quick will do it at a very good price, they did mine as if I got it wrong its a big bill and I was just about to go to Cornwall!
, I got them to do the thermostat and cam belt at the same time think it was just over £200 but best to check
