Fridge - Dometic RM 123E

Does anyone have this model of fridge in their van. I'm having trouble getting it to work.

Has it ever worked, or has it just stopped? Is the problem on 12v, 240v or gas? Is it installed & operated in accordance with the manual?

Thanks all,
Got it working it was a missing wire in the Zig unit.
