hi there, Tried starting bongo Saturday after a real cold night and didn't want too start, once it did it ran like it was flooded. Once it's started if you stop it it starts again fine, it seems that it may be the glow plugs, but I only replaced these with ones from the club shop a couple of months ago. I've just ordered a new set. Anyone got any ideas what it may be if it's not the plugs, or if it is the plugs any ideas why they may have gone again already. Thanks a lot.

Always worth putting a set of glow plugs in if they have not been changed for a while.
Ordered a set for mine today.
Good time to clean the bus bar and connections as well.
12mm & 7mm deep sockets make life a lot easier when changing them.

If your getting power to the glowplugs its Also checking your cold start idle if its above 900 rpm it'll shut the glow plugs off as soon as it starts, its a 2 minuite job and could save replacing good parts, basically if the Csi is to high the ecu thinks its being driven therefore shuts the plugs down early.

Sounds weird but do a search on here for Barak Obama and it'll bring up the hole link to when I had starting issues .
