Bongo Fury

Hi we have just found a problem with our sliding door, it wont open when youre inside the van. We would be grateful for any sugestions. Am so glad we found it before our maiden voyage, think it may have raised a laugh trying to get out. many thanks Baz and Helen

Open it from the outside, then turn the child lock off - very common problem, as the switch is easily caught. I used Bluetac to jam mine in place, after having to crawl out of the front

Thanks for the info, going to sound really stupid now but where is the childlock situated. you can tell this is our first bongo, it can only get better I hope. many thanks

It's on the leading edge of the sliding door, where the lock mechanism is - a little black lever that moves up and down
