We have a coolant leak from metal pipe work under van just behind drivers door where a flexible hose joins it. Any ideas where we can get these metal pipes from.

Ring Shanil on 01925 428755, she knows her stuff. If it's the same as mine (sounds like it) you need part
61-2D1 off the heater pipes chart, she might email you an exploded diagram to be sure it's the right bit you're ordering. They won't have it in stock but they can get it next day from Belgium (don't ask)

				enjoy fitting it.

 .
top tip.
dont remove the the big black air pipes from the chassis/airbox if you can help it, they are mounted on little rubber mounts, when you try to remove them they tear off.

Thanks all now fitted by our local garage. Took advice on air pipes. Holes in pipe in exactly same place as Muzorowas think that area is exposed to elements more than rest of pipe.

This pipe is on its way out on my Bongo,
Does anyone have any photos or any fitting tips in addition to those above?
Also can anyone tell me the price of the pipe from Warrington Mazda?
Many thanks
Adam

The ATF pipe was £83.01 + VAT (total for both pipes as they're stuck together with clips) and the coolant pipe was £44.35 + VAT.

i jacked the front up on this as the water pump was being replaced and the stat, but as long as you jack either end up high, if not over a pit, it will allow you the ness room to twist and thread the pipe into place as it runs from the rear heater to the front axle just inside the offside chassis rail, there isnt a lot of room but its do-able. you will have to bleed the system after too.

After fitting your nice new pipes these black air pipes come in very handy to attach a couple of large universal mudflaps to,on their side,to protect the area from all the road dirt that gets thrown at them and will hopefully allow them to last a lot longer!
The way i fitted them under my van also keeps the rear heater hoses away from the offending road dirt, stones, clart etc!
