At least 96, assuming you are fitting the same size tyre all around.
You'll probably find them hard to get with the 18" wheel - also rather expensive

Whereabouts are you, we have a cracking tyre place here in wales, I know my 215 65 15's are £40.00 each fitted and 100 rated, so 18's prob would not be much dearer.

Dave, I am based near Windsor in Berkshire. However my partner is Welsh. I get to Aberdare, Ferndale and Maerdy quite a bit.

Getting to know that mountain road like a local.

18" wheels are significantly more expensive than 15".

You don't buy many 18" tyres do you Dave?

The price of 18" tyres is why I fitted 17" wheels 8)

Hi. You'd ideally want either extra load or reinforced tyres. It's not possible to get 18" van tyres, they only go up to 16". The tyre company I work for fit plenty of 17, 18, 19 and 20" tyres to vans (mostly VW's but the odd Transit or Sprinter/Vito)and while they're all commercial vans, they're all used for the same purpose as a Bongo, and therefore don't need the 8ply van tyres they normally use. Even though our 2wd tintop seems to have a full set of van tyres on it!

Regards

Toby
