Lubing the AFT?

Post by alimey » Sat Sep 29, 2012 3:19 pm

I've noticed that it sounds a little as if the motor is struggling to pull the AFT down - towards the end. It might be my imagination though. I wondered if there was anywhere I could lube to make its job any easier?

Many thanks.

You need white lithium grease, usually supplied in a spray can. Grease all the runners and the little wheels that run in the runners and make sure you get it into both the runners as there is one behind the other one that people usually miss.
