Rear kitchen conversion and re-fitting a rear seat

Hi All,
This is my first Bongo forum post! We are looking to buy a Bongo and I have a technical question on one I have just viewed. Really keen to hear what you have to say!
The Bongo in question has had a rear kitchen (Hob, sink, cool box) fitted. Just in front of this are two bench seats over the wheel arches (one on drivers side, one on passenger side) and as such the rear split seats have been removed. The current owner still has one of the split seats.
My problem is that I need that rear passenger side split seat. Clearcut conversions have said that the split seat can be refitted without removing the kitchen but I hoped that some of you guys who are familiar with Bongos in general or even someone with the same conversion to give me their opinion before I make an offer.
The passenger side rear bench seat is screwed into place and on one side it is cut to fit against a plastic housing that sits over the wheel arch. In here I can feel 4 bolts (2 pairs) that match the 4 holes on the split seat. The original seat belt is still in place at the rear but there was nothing for the buckle of the seat belt to clip into. It would make sense if the fitting for this was not in the middle of the floor as a trip hazard. Also it could not be in the seat itself as that would be too weak.
I am hoping that the seat belt buckle holder (sorry don't know the terminology! the bit with the red button to release it!) has its origin in the area by the wheel arch and therefore hidden by the bench seat. Can anyone tell me if this is the case?
Sorry the post is so long but out of the 6 bongos I have seen so far this is one of the better ones.
Many thanks
Anthony
