I seem to have girt drums on't rear...
Has anyone had a go at converting to discs - would this be a worthwhile exercise?

I thought they were all disk rear, with a wee handbrake drum in the middle. Have you got a photo?

Oops now I feel a tad silly....
I think that hitting 40 this week has had some kind of effect...
You'll be happy to hear you've past this trick question...The bongo does infect have discs on all 4 sides...
Can I ask another question....
If I wanted to replace them with brakes that stop what's the best option? Are these discs for sale on the site up to muster?

First thing to do is pop the pads out of the front calipers - they are floating ones, and the slides can seize up. Same goes for the rears, however they have less braking effect so when they are crap it's less noticeable.
The Wiki has a "how to" on pad & disk replacement -
Here
AVA do a good line in disks & pads at a reasonable cost.
