Hi, does anyone have any experience of, or recommendations for suitable wheelchair ramps for a '96 Bongo? I am after getting portable ramps, I don't want a fitted ramp/lift as I don't want to carry the extra weight and lose space when the ramp isn't needed. Any suggestions or info please?

have a look on eBay there's generally a few on there, not quite as expensive as the new ones

As promised pics of bongo with ramp fitted. I got this one off Ebay. Fitted by the company I work for, a special needs school transport company. You may have one near you.

Only small niggle with it is that the wing seats don't fully lay flat for a bed as ramp is in the way but I find it isn't a problem for me as I am only 5'4". Some may use the front seats flat and bench seat rather than wing seats and bench seats. The ramp folds when not in use in such a way that you can still see out the back using the mirror.
Just found this pick on my fb. Hope link works. Just click on link, then message saying open in new window and you should see pic.

It is a bit steep but my daughter who is very cautious manages it in her electric chair. =D>

Thanks for the input, have got a few on watch on ebay. I,m opting for portable ramps as it won't be often that my daughter's power chair will need to go in the van.
Cazzy your daughter must be a better driver than mine =D> ....I wouldn't trust her to drive up the ramp, she's lethal!
