just done my timing belt

just like to say thanks very much on the timing belt how to i followed this information and managed it.i did graze my arm undoing the number six on the belt cover after i had found it errrr then fitting new one got grazed again turning engine over twice round serves me right not wearing a long sleeve shirt so thanks again for putting a good right up on it
