Alarm going off

I have an alarm going off - its a green box located behind the cabin fuses. It flashes all four indicators and buzzes but doesn't disable the vehicle, I can't stop it - any ideas. Is it a standard/factory fitment or an aftermarket fit. The vehicle has just arrived from Japan.
Also, how to I stop the noise when the key is in but the door is open?

Doesn't sound like anything installed on the original vehicle, as there isn't normally anything module-wise behind the fuse panel as such. It will be a case of trace the wiring I suspect to identify what it is.
Oh and welcome to the forum!
To stop the key-in bleep disconnect this connector under the steering wheel cover;

Thanks for that and the welcome.
On closer investigation it turns out to be a Hazard Warning Buzzer - which is vibrating so much it made me think it was the other box. Is this where it normally is - the buzzing may be shorting inside the box as well - it flashed one side much less bright than the the other, so the connections are iffy - working the hazard switch they are equal intensity. After fiddling with it its stopped but I don't trust it. As a term measure any ideas which fuse it might be?

You should have the switch for the Hazard indicators up on the dashboard, it too should be alight. I've never checked where the buzzer is for it I had sort of assumed it was from the normal Sound Warning System but it looks like it is a separate module! The circuit is here;

and the fuse is - hover the mouse over the fuses (green highlights) in the diagram above;

but the fuses cover several things including the lights themselves of course so don't try leaving the fuse out whilst driving!
