Hi, Castrol and Comma both recommend 5w-30 or 10w-40 for the WLT engine, Depending on the mileage/age and condition of your engine.Over 50000/60000 miles I would go for the latter.
Cheers.

I believe 5W30 is the recommended oil for the Ford Ranger 2.5TD engine according to the Castrol Magnatec website, they don't list the Bongo, but for those who don't know, it's the same engine.

Asda are currently selling fully synthetic 5W30 at £12 for 4 litres.
