The handbook says this is a fault with the scavenger fan. Stop immediatly and contact garage. It has been suggested that this might be a poor translation and may be the ERG system (all double dutch to me). Has anyone had any experience

Help Please.

Had the same problem which was cured by having the ECU reset by my local Bongo specialist. We never did find out why it kept flashing!

Many thanks
iscamap & white van man, it seems this warning light has a number of functions.
After a restless night worrying about the bongo, I had psyched myself up on monday morning to investigate further. I put the key in the lock to find the central locking wasn't working and the interior lights did not come on. About a fortnight ago I had fitted a leisure battery and wired the interior lights and cigar lighter up to it. Logic, (something I'm not usually well endowed with) told me to check the leisure battery. I connected up a booster battery and BINGO the central locking clicked into operation, out popped my mirrors, every thing working properly and the dreaded warning light was no longer flashing. The relay was on the blink. New relay fitted, every thing now hunky dory. The Swango flexed her wings and was ready to fly again.
