Having done a top end overhall on my 2.5TD Auto 1995 Bongo. I had noted that the exhaust was looking a bit ropey .
I decided to have a stainless steel system fitted.
So off to Hayes [Middlesex] I went.
The exhaust was custom fit to the vehicle.
I am so pleased with the result.
Please look at the attached pics.
I will forward contact details to the fabricators, should anyone require them.

just cut and paste the above into a browser.
This exhaust has a nationally accepted warrranty....not some fly by night item.
Please let me know what you guys think

Very smart looking

. Don't forget to let the insurance company know as it may be considered as a modification.

As for brackets they just matched up to the original mounting positions.....all new rubber though.
The front silence was done away with and as such only one silencer required albeit of high quality.
The fitment isall the way from the turbo back.
On a plus note it would appear that I gain a couple of MPH at motorway speeds for the same RPM....indicated 65-68MPH at 2500RPM rose to 70MPH.

Mmmmm

Only way you'd get an increase in speed for same engine revs is larger circumference road wheels, gearbox / differential ratio change or a slippy clutch/torque convertor no longer slipping.
However, if it feels like it goes better, then that's a bonus

Always a bonus....certainly more torque that is for sure as I had the winter cold start kit on my bongo.

if its a bonus to you , and you bongo, the way the gen mazdaspeed exhaust is built is to remove the front smaller box and make the rear more direct out. this must make it breathe better.

They are my little legs showing there....had to go out on my bike while they fitted the exhaust.
Incidently another guy nearby does headlamp polishing.......take away the cataracts from the headlamps...
Works a treat £30 per side.

Do you find the ss exhaust as quiet as the old one. I could be tempted if it is

As for noise...not a lot of difference...something of a boom around 2000rpm...
If you want to hear mine...I can do a video from inside or similar....
