Leaking Pipes

I have a leaking pipe!!
I'm also an idiot!! However it takes all sorts!
Can anyone help?
Under the Bongo, just at the drivers door, Two steel pipes running front to back. Theres a third heavier pipe which joins to two hoses. There is a T joint which is leaking.
1. Does this make any sense to anyone?
2. Can anyone tell me what this pipe would be called?
3. Where can I get a new one?
I have photos but can't figure out how to post them!!
