Oil Chane done, HT leads done. it's Parking Pole Time.......

Hi Guys I have a non elevating parking pole with a light on the top that looks fixed, how on earth can I make it work? I assume it should come on when you lights are on but it's not working. Has anyone else got theirs to work.

My telescopic one has been erect for several years. I keep saying I must get to looking at the earth. Mind you I could just call it Viagra!
