Been having chirping issues with my coolant alarm.
So i took out the screw and gave it a clean.
Sorted!

Baz...I seem to remember you have had this problem before.......there are now 1000's of these screws been fitted ...some for almost 5 years with no problems at all....It makes me wonder if you haven't got a underlying problem within the coolant. It should not be happening........I will see you at Stourport and have a look and fit a new screw for you.

Thanks haydn not worried too much its been there since fitting at Looe bash2009.
Coolant replaced with blue stuff big bash 2010.
Just posted to see who had dirty minds, guessed right.

I had it while i was running on water only during testing/night mare fixit process..

But now its has coolant in it its fine!

I had a bad screw last year !
Haydn fixed it for me too.
He must be the Screwmeister...........
