Exhaust auxillary valve, gasket & bolts

Hi All,
My exhaust is leaking from the weld on the front pipe where it bolts to the turbo. Being of limited funds at the moment I have got a suitable front section off ebay until I can replace the whole lot with a Stainless system next year.
My Bongo has the winterpack and I'm a bit concerned about the bolts that go through the valve box to clamp the other end of the front pipe - they look very corroded and not sure if they'll take a new bolt when fitting the new pipe. Does anybody know where I can get any of these, or can I just use standard longer bolts?
The bolts on the turbo side look as good as new (brass/copper?) - what is it about that winterpack and rust?!?! I know the best long term option is to ditch the system but for now I'll have to live with it (and its not caused me any problems either).
Thanks,
Steve
