leaking steering rack, is it an MOT failure?

Hi guys,
i've got a slight leak from somewhere on my power steering rack. though the steering works perfectly. does anyone know if this would consititute an MOT failure?

I'm pretty sure it will be a failure any leak usually is.

try a bit of powersteering system leak fixer from your local factors, then wipe the affected area clean

good plan, i'll get some of that from halfords.
I've already cleaned up the rack in situ with de-greaser and it looks a lot tidier.

think i am in the clear, rack doesn't seem to the leaking, the fluid is still on max. It looks like the gunk over the rack is caused by throw-off from the offside front prop shaft as there is a slight leak from the diff and its flinging oil off it centrifugally!!

this could point to tyre issues, are your tyres/wheels the right size, and all the same tread depth as its important on a 4wd.
or is the diff breather blocked (they usually are). to check the breather look on the top you will see a nipple thing, grab it and screw and lift until its free.
