Hi I'm new to the forum and very new to Bongo's,
Ive had my 96 2.5 diesel a week and when I try and start it in a morning or when cold, all that happens is the starter motor just clicks with no engine turn over.
After a while of turning the key it then try's to start but then its very groggy until warmed through a little.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Thanks so much, Its definitely not glow plugs or battery. So pretty confident it will be the starter solenoid.
Really appreciate the link to ebay, Ive purchased the kit so now to find the best way to get to the starter motor

from memory, lift drivers seat, remove battery connections at the battery first, then remove connections at the starter(low down to the rear of the engine.}
remove 3 bolts, sorted.
clean up the connections when refitting.
be carefull not to break the wires to the fan switch,or pull on the wiring loom too much.
beaten by teenmal, pics are better
