Just like to point out to people that Green Flag will not insure any vehicle over 10 years old for European travel. Pity as they have been good for the past year but I now have to change as I want to go to Ireland and possiby France.

How about Brittania Rescue. I've been with them for years as a ex Civil Service bod. ( The rescue service used to belong to the CSMA until they sold it a few years ago). So I get a bit of a discount on the premiums.

My latest renewal which starts on the first of May clearly gives the vehicles that are covered (my R reg Bongo and my 51 reg Jeep) and normal Uk cover also covers the Republic of Ireland. You can upgrade later for Europe.

Worth a punt.
