I'm hoping to take the rear heater out to replace the matrix in a month or so, and will need to get the box out...so I'll need the "O" rings for the aircon connections...does anyone know the size, and whether they are EPDM or Viton seals?

I got mine from http://www.derbyshireairconservices.co.uk/. I don't recall the size and nor did the chap I spoke to so he sent me a selection free of charge. All I know is that you need to 2 and they're different sizes.

Just the job...thanks.
I'll take the trim out when the weather warms up, to avoid snapping the clip locators, and get the local mechanics to exhaust the A/C, and whack a new matrix in...then fit new hoses and bleed it myself! ...it'll be handy to have the seals ready for the aircon wallah!
I may PM you later re clips for the trim, if you can get them
