				Hi,
5w-30 or 10w-40, Depending on the condition of your engine.
Cheers.

I understand it should be 5/30 semi-synthetic. I recently stocked up on Castrol when Halfords were doing a special offer of 4 litres for £18. Off the top of my head, you'll need about 6 litres for oil and filter change.

ASDA are doing 4 litres of 5W/30 semi-synth for £10 which is good value. It looks to comply with all the relevant specs.

I always found mine was best on a good quality 15/40 semi synthetic.
There's alot of debate and info out there on the best grade to use but I found this worked best.
Always use a genuine oil filter if you can.
