I have an automatic bongo and it doesn't appear to want to go up the gears!!

Does it change up at all? If so, have you checked that the Hold button hasn't been pushed - it will show a Hold light on the dashboard.

I hate to sound simple but what is the hold button - only had her a few months and now close to tears

Went and had a look and I think that was probably the issue thank you so so much, have had a quick trip round block and seems ok - got to go out in a bit so that will be the proper test!!!!

Fingers crossed Now keep an eye on your warning lights in case you catch it again - it's easily done with your thumb
