just though i would post you all a small word of warning;when i first got my van i hopped onto e-bay and began buying stuff to go on my van. after buying obligotory crap chrome wippers i upgraded my headlight bulbs fitted them and never thought of them again untill last week, went to go out one night~no lights at all headlamp lamp warning light on on dash,i thought how unlucky is that for two bulbs to go @ once, but after some investigating i found i couldnt get the black three way plug that goes onto the bulb off becase it had melted onto the bulb and disintergrated in my hand.i sumise the bulbs were pulling too much power for the wiring.interestingly the earth and neutral wires are thick and the black live wire is thin, anyway i made two new live conections from the loom to the bulb connected them to the bulb with spade connecters....happy days...sorry to go on so and sorry if its been covered just thought you should know...see you on the road....

Did you replace the 'proper' 60/55w H4 bulbs with 100watts ...??

Replacement bulb holders are readily available ..

People often forget these 100w bulbs use almost twice the current so may blow the fuse or melt the wiring
