Hi jason,

Local Motor Factors can often source road springs, only problem is,you may need to give them the physical unloaded sizes.ie coil thickness/overall width/overall height. What distance are you getting between the wheel arch and the tyre at the moment(and size of tyre)

Cheers.

Thanks for the replies. There's me thinking it would be easy to get spare coils!!! So are there different sizes of coils used, depending on which model ?

I have just got an e-mail from automotive japanese spares, quoting £69 for new coils (each), so do i need to give them the exact measurements or just bongo age/model ?

......or should i just except that the coils are tired and get the air assistors

Thanks

Jason

If you use the Lush project site to identify the vehicle, and part then you could always ask them to supply a compatible part the main site is http://www.lushprojects.com/bongopartsmk2/

The diagrams have a part number list in the top left, and if you click on the part on the diagram then it will open the list and the first number is the actual part number.
I.e. WL-T 1997-1999 front suspension is here http://lushprojects.com/bongopartsmk2/c ... no=.html#4
You can often use the part number directly in Google to find the relevant piece as well, not often in English however ;-) i.e. http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=S09A34011A
