how to fit the foot rest/extra seats?

got the foot rests on order and dont think thay will come with the bolts, any one know what size thay are?
They have "8" marked on the head so guess they are M8.
A 12mm socket fits the head.
The thread length is 25mm.
There is a captive washer of about 22mm diameter.
They are black in colour, and no, you can't have mine!
