Bongo Fury

Ok, so we've had the Ford Freda for just 2 weeks and already we need a new windscreen. What started out to be a small stone chip is now a 6 inch crack. I took it down to Autoglass for repair as advised by my insurance company. In fairness the guy at Autoglass did say it might be a problem as the chip was only less than 2 inches from the edge of the glass in the top corner on the passanger side. Everything was going great until he pulled the plunger off........hence the six inch crack. He has sealed it so that it won't travel any further across the screen. Now Autoglass are having a problem locating a replacement screen. Any ideas folks?

Autoglass in Bournemouth used to have TWO! May still be worth a 'phone call.

Bingo! Bongo has now got a new windscreen coming tomorrow. I just want to say a big thanks to everyone for your help.

where from?? how much??

I'm not sure. Autoglass took my list of numbers and obviously found one somewhere. When the guy comes to fit it tomorrow, I'll ask him.
