AFT and the Bongo Rope Trick - anyone done it?

I would be interested to know if anyone has actually lowered a reluctant AFT using the recommended 'hex key and rope' method, and if so how easy/difficult it was.
(Just nurturing a twinge of paranoia
)

Thought this was going to be a new way of getting up to the bedroom!
given me an idea though, paracord ropeladder here I come! A foot rope for that matter...
