Yes l'oreal has been around the Ring, yes that is a genuine Ring sticker from the ring, on the way round the ring we passed 3 mx5's a mk2 golf and an alfa 155
Lovin lill bartman that was a fathers day prezzy from me kids
I will tell you what the wiper is off but god damn man do you really think that i'm gonna give it up with out a little guessing game
One of the joys of being a trucker is that you get plenty of time to think about all sorts of things you also get plenty of time to study other vehicles and chew the fat over what may and may not be grafted from one vehicle to another successfully

Damn your good

yup tis indeed a ford item altho i coulda said that its not to keep the game going and claimed it was from a mazda 121
The thing is that its not a direct replacement you need to retain the Bongo wiper fixing where it fits onto the spindle as the ford item is to big but it just means that the hinge pin has to be drilled out then a washer put either side to take up the differance in thickness before using a mushroom toped screw and black bolt with some threadseal to unite the two peices together.
Its still a work in progress so i may well adjust the formula a little as and when i come across the parts and as mike points out there are easier options out there if you can find them, but for £5 i'm a happy lill bunny.

We had a 1996 Fiesta for a while, so pretty familiar with all the bits. Shame the whole arm cannot easily be used as the genuine Ford wiper blades are shaped to follow the contour of the arm and would really add to the sleeker look.
You've given me some inspiration now, so will have a rummage around a few scrap yards to look for other options.

This was also an option but i'm not sure that the angle would sit correctly on the rear screen of the bongo or if indeed the mounting point would still need changing

I did leave the origional wiper blade on to start with but the extra length made the motor slower due to the extra drag so i replaced it with a correct 16" item, once the final design is all sorted i may well clip in a flat blade in 16" flavour
