stop the clunking

Embarrassing but true. Neither the mechanic who fixes my things nor the guy at Bongobits know what the bit I need fixing is called and their mutual incomprehension means I still have a distracting but not apparently fatal clunking from under the rear of 11/99 first registered, 4WD Ford Friendee. I can't find the exploded diagram that shows it, but that's probably just stupidity.
It's a bar with a bush at each end, about a foot long and attached horizontally to the rear axle and the body. There's two of them and they've come loose around the bushes and go 'clunk' on accelerating and braking. Does anybody know the name, part number or where I can find an exploded diagram that will give that info? I've looked on the exploded diagram site but can't seem to see the bit I'm talking about.
The mechanic, by the way, is very good, he just doesn't know what this bit is called or, at least, what it's called in Bongoworld
Thanks, thanks, thanks

If it's 28-210A in that first link Matt has posted, then they are the Rear Axle Upper Links. These are not unique to Bongos, so if your mechanic can't tell what these are, it might be time to find another mechanic.....
Mazda part number for these links is S10H28210. Looks like that part number is the link with the bushes fitted.
If it's the 28-101 in the second link Matt posted, that's your rear anti-roll bar. Common failure at the bushes. If your mechanic can't identify this then it really is time to find a new mechanic...
Mazda part for the ARB bushes is S10H28156. worth doing in pairs, and also replacing the support brackets too (S10H28155) as these will have stretched and / or split.

Can't be a the panhard rod if there's a pair of them.

And that rules out the ARB drop links.
Could be the lower links, but they are longer than "about a foot", and as they have the spring mounting plate on them I'd expect this feature to be mentioned if it was them.
And it's not as likely to be the ends of the ARB he's describing, as it's one bar, not 2, and it only has a bush at the axle end - the floating end doesn't have a bush as this is inside the drop link.
