I'm cautiously optimistic my repair technique may hold up for a while. If it is only small bubbling, it might be worth at least trying that (costs virtually nothing except a bit of labour) before doing the Transit thing (hang on to them though for later....)

BF member Barclay was supposed to be selling me his 2nd hand rear arch trims so I could experiment. But since agreeing to buy them, he seems to have disappeared :(

Yeah there'll be pics as i'm getting it done on mates rates and i've told him that the digi cam will be on the passenger seat and better be used

Mb4c, i'm afraid that the rear arches have started to seperate and it'd be a complete waste of time n cash tarting them up, she needs all the old crap cutting out and sorting properly

Just out of curiosity, why the Transit ones rather than the Sprinter arches??

Are they a better fit??

For no other reason than being the dim wit that i am i thought that my buddy was getting the panels and my buddy thought i was gettin the panels then when we realised that neither of us had got the panels #-o , i had to make some hasty phone calls and the only ones that i could get in time were the transit items but tbh as long as the job gets done then i'm really not fussed about the origin of the panels

Although if i'd have ordered the sprinter ones i coulda had a full set of these on the van
