Front fog lamps - where is the relay..?
Can anyone tell me where the relay is mounted for the front fog lamps? Fog lamps aren't working - I've checked the fuses, switch and bulbs (all okay and power to switch) but I can't hear any relay clicking when I press the switch.

passy side wing inner wing under the bonnet, if they're originals - behind the LB if you've got one.
You can't polish a turd - but you can roll it in glitter.

Do you mean this.....
I thought it was that one so I took it off and checked it with my bench power supply. When I connected the 12v it activated momentarily then released itself, which seems odd, so I wondered if I had the correct relay.

Ignore this bit - I've just discovered my bench supply unit is faulty. Measures 12v off-load but drops to about a volt when something is connected. When I connected the 12v it activated momentarily then released itself, which seems odd,
Great, that's all I need....

Usually more relays there than that - http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/ ... ay#p520072

Been like that since I bought it from Manchester Campers. There is a relay in a similar place but on the offside which doesn't look original so maybe it's been modified sometime in the past for some reason.missfixit70 wrote:Usually more relays there than that - http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/ ... ay#p520072
Anyway, fog lamps now sorted, more by luck than judgement. It was a connector under the offside headlamp - one of the terminals was completely corroded away. In case anyone else has the same problem, here's where to find it....
Thanks for your help.
