Ian Taylor in Longton as been known to do a good spray job or abit further afield you could try Wheelquick in Wigan who are very well regarded in all matters concerning the Bongo

Ian Taylor has been known often to respray the bottom half of his Bongos, taking the silver up to the midline, and this is effective and quite cheap since masking is minimal. Depending on what you are trying to hide and where, this 'partial respray could be an option. And Bigdaddycain/Wheelquick use an excellent bodywork guy up Wigan way whose prices and quality are said to be A1.
