Well I'm looking to arrange this years meet in October on either the 23 or 30
I can't promise the weather from last year but I will try my damndest

Let me know for preference and well go for the most favourable date

I can do either dates, no problem, apart from......
British summertime ends on the 22/23rd Oct, so it will be darker nights on those nights.

Not sure yet, will have to think about it, it's such a long drive

A little slow with reply guys and gals, there must be more interest in this meet as there's fun for all to be had

See what i mean about picking a date Duncan, Your the organiser ,just pick a date, and then if they can go peeps will, at the moment, its i cant do this or that date.
The reason people are dithering if they can go or not is they don't have a definite date, that's why peeps are a bit slow in answering.
