As there should be some redundant parts knocking about I'm thinking of pimping my cockpit.

Wow !

Did you see they use those LED lamps from LIDL's (one behind each seat) that were recommended on BongoFury recently ? :D

And the light on the rear ceiling looks pretty much like a MkII version of the one in my Bongo.

just watching how to run your home electicity and heating system from a modern copy of the 200 year old sterling engine.
it uses a modern take of the old system that is 90 per cent efficient in the energy it uses/converts.
it goes through a wobble gear to convert verticle lift to rotary drive that drives a generator that powers a unit called a whisper something or other, about the same size as a dishwasher.
this is going to be the next big thing aparantly.

that fella sterling was obviously 200 years to soon with that engine, as its taken them this long to work out that its the best thing to use, input for output wise.
just wish i had been around then, maybe i could have helped   .maybe not.

Where is the low coolant alarm and the Mason temperature read out when you need it  Did you notice they keep the spare seat pads for the patio furniture behind the pilot's seat? I suspect they also keep the jack and long handle to release the spare wheel in that locker as well, but tucked up at the top where you can't see it  I think it would benefit from plasma dials

I have it on good authority that cupholders will be fitted on the next generation project to Mars. I believe NASA lurk on this site and poached the idea of a lift top from us but side to side.
They also (and a pity Mike didn't patent it) are going to fit a pee tube...............
