Coolant alarm problem

Yesterday on the way back from Scotland the alarm started giving off random beeps and flashes. This seemed to happen round sharpish bends and over bumps. I have checked all the connections but all seems OK.
Stopped and checked the level four or five times but all OK.
Also it didn't self test on start up but this morning the self test is OK.
Any ideas please?

Screw may need cleaning (recent coolant change?), or the level is just a little bit lower? Coolant concentration ok? Batteries charging ok?

is it fairly new ? I got longer screws from Haydn when I had some issues like yours, that sorted it.

Thanks for the replies.
Its about seven months old, fluid levels OK.
Seems to have sorted itself today-at least it self tested when I moved the van earlier. Not been out in it so I don't know if its still randomly tweeting.
Just wondering if some of the connections got a bit damp at the Scottish bash as the front was facing into the wind and rain.

No problems with mine Brian. You could always ask Haydn Carrow to send you a spare clean screw in case it should it ever happen again.

Check the level again...put a "lolly" stick vertically down into the tank .....you should have 2cms showing when cold..
Other than that check all connections again including the bullet connector on the "othe" end of the tank sensor wire..
Failing that.....you could have a electrical gremlin in the works....
Not likely to be coolant related....dirty screw (I wish !!) not likely again...it would happen most when cold

If it was happening while you were camping, I'd go for a low voltage issue, batteries maybe getting a bit low, mine gets a bit tweety on start up & first few minutes when LB gets a bit low.
