Headlamp adaptors

What size/shape should headlamp adaptors be for continental driving? And if it isn't a rude question, where precisely do you stick the adaptor (my Halfords crib sheet refuses to recognise the existence of Bongos).

Sorry, should have made that clear - old type (1998) with rectangular headlamps.

If you get Eurolites they have a decent diagram on them which makes sense when you look at the Bongo lenses - follow the diagonal line!

Headlamp adaptors now fixed using Eurolite template - thanks for the advice.

Will the Eurolite ones fit OK onto new shape (not halogen) ones as well?
