Bongo Monthly meet for May
After such a successful meet at Yelverton I have decided to return there for May's meet, and again have it on the Bank Holiday Monday. I am doing this because a number of those who attended yesterday expressed their frustration at not being able to come to our meets through work commitments.
May's Meet Location:- Yelverton Airfield. Date Monday 30th May:- Time from 11am onwards. Weather permitting, BBQ optional
Due to the last Sunday in June clashing with the National Meet at Stourport. JUNE's meet will be held on the Sunday 3rd July, location yet to be decided.

Re: Bongo Monthly meet for May
Thanks, Dave. It's in the diary although I don't know what we'll be up to that week as it's half term.
Just a suggestion, but why not have the Cardinham Barbecue on July 3rd?

It's not that I don't love you anymore, my fellow Bongoliers, but Life's happening and I seem to be away from home turf each and every last Sunday in the month. I think I'm on-call the first weekend in July, though, and will pop round (work permitting).

Good idea Chris, we'll have a southwest meet at Stourport as well. Just look for the Cornish and Devonshire flags.

Sorry Dave and Roseanne. I had planned on coming to this one. But you know what they say about the best laid plans. Hope it all goes well. Catch up with you later. Allan.

Thanks to those who travelled from far and near. As it turned out we had seven Bongos turn up on what started as a wet and miserable day. The rain stopped around lunch time but we didn't let it get us down, instead we rolled out the awnings and enjoyed ourselves
