handbrake microswitch

Hi all,
Does anyone know where I can get my hands on a handbreak micro swich so my bongo knows the handbreak is on so I can raise the roof.

Have you tried the usual bongo breakers Charlie? Bell hill etc?

Why not just link it out. Can't see you deciding to raise the roof while travelling along.

Charlie, does yer brake warning light come on the dash when the hand brake is applied..? (ignition on.)

Take the grey plastic center console off and see if there owt wedged in between the spring and the metal bit or if the green wire is broken off near the copper washer.
Also follow the green wire to see if the yellow wire is connected to it, the connector block may have worked loose or the contacts may need cleaning

Mine was a bit intermittant just gave it a good roughing up with my leatherman file and all is sorted!

Aye, mine too. Went out the other night and up the roof went no problem, think I'll try the file option

It's not even a microswitch. It's just a bit of metal and a spring. Simple but it works. Most of the time.
