I'm having to pull out of this meet as my eldest daughter has reminded me I'm supposed to be moving her and all her stuff to a university placement that weekend. Gutted, especially as its been so long since I last went to a meet

I've PM'd Diane and apologised and, of course, there is now a place for the first person on her waiting list. Have a great time, and try and form a group for a walk to the hilltop again this year - its a lovely walk and a fantastic view (and better if you organise cars at each end to avoid the dull trudge back along the road).

I'll be with you in spirit (fond memories of Karen and Keith as neighbours and making us bacon butties for breakfast).

As soon as I'm a free man.....................I'm looking forward to being a free man

July and that lovely Lincs site sound like a good combination. Once again, really sorry/sad about Windermere :(

OMG, the boat has arrived  without oars, I presume you're supposed to use your flipflops to paddle with. No navigational aids either [-X

I think if all four of them got into that tiny little thing, Muz would need an underwater camera and a snorkel, and they would deffo be up sh*t creek without a paddle.
Lost without my Bongo.

Here's the list of peeps coming. I know I said 14 pitches originally but we now have room for 15 with a bit of squashing up :D :D

1. Me
2. waycar8
3. dandy girl
4. jetskier
5. Muz
6. JDS
7. mister munkey
8. MountainGoat
9. PixieAndTheMoon
10. The Shadow
11. bongobaz
12. dreamwarrioruk
13. hatris
14. Blobber
15. jimc954

Reserves

1. hotpot
2. zoonon

I'm moving house this week so things will be a bit manic for me but I promise I will be in touch regarding payment and where to send it 8)

With regards to the 'boat race' I just need to say now that I have nothing to do with the organisation of this and can't be held responsible. The Bay Search and Rescue will not be there but I may have to notify the Lake Wardens about the 'race' so they are aware that there will be some lunatics in dinghies 8)

Cheers for now

If I get the same pitch as last time, the one I shared with Bongo Cowboy. Then I should have no problem with sharing a hook up like I did last year.

Thanks Tony. I don't think we've got that pitch though this time as they already had some bookings. I need to go and check which ones we do have so I can make some decisions about which ones to double up on :)

I can happily share hook up if pitch numbers are not a problem
