Bongo Fury

I’m bringing this one forward a day to (hopefully ) make way for a rather special offering tomorrow. And, no, it’s nothing to do with Children in Need, good as that cause may be, this is something of particular gastronomic significance

So, another one for DebbiePritch, buffalo burgers – you know it makes sense


Buffalo burgers, salami, streaky bacon, chillis & eggs


Fry the burgers....


....then add some bacon....


....and some chillis....


....and an egg....


....and, with a tortilla as a base, make your buffalo burger into a Grrrrrrrruffalo burger

Looks good as usual Muz ~but i like my egg splashed

Love the presentation on the plate... .... one thing though.....at least you could serve as a platter to share for all........the Veggie folks can have the egg and the green stuff....

Excellent stuff...buffalo meat...must have a lash some time....
That meat suddenly made me think how I used to cringe in a restaurant when I went with Tony...He'd only ever eat steak...and I would try to hide under a napkin when the waiter asked "And how would you like your steak?" Without fail, Tony would say with a straight face...."Take it's horns off, and wipe it's A***"
