If you’re like me, why is it that whenever you have a Chinese takeaway (or Indian for that matter) the starters are miles better than the mains? – So, why not dispense with the mains altogether and just have a shed-load of starters – job done! 

Go to your local hypermarket and get some crispy duck, spring rolls, chicken wontons and sesame prawn toasts....

Fry the duck in a little oil....

....and serve with pancakes, some sliced cucumber & hoi sin sauce

Meanwhile, fry the spring rolls and prawn toasts....

....followed by the wontons....

....and serve with sweet chilli dipping sauce
Now that is a lunch worth trashing the Bongo for
And if you think the above is cheating, we were going to just run an extension lead out from the office and borrow the microwave out of the kitchen
