clarion tv screen

Hi all I have just come back to the bongo club whent MIA for 5 years but back would like to ask I have a clarion TV in the car and would like to now if I could get a converter for the uk?
If its a Jap TV, it'll be on an NSTC format that won't work with our PAL system. Most peeps junk them although its possible to get it working with something like THIS.
