Following on from yesterday’s Spamella, I suddenly had the most disturbing thought – if we had invented Spamella by combining Spam into a paella, what about experimenting with other potential ingredients and coming up with something accredited to the vet Daniel Salmon (in fact Salmon didn’t do the work, someone else did that but he got the recognition – some things never change, eh? 
).
Salmon, prawns, mussels, peas, onion, chorizo & rice....
....fry the salmon in a little butter....
....and then set aside – you’ll be needing them again in a few minutes....
....fry the onion & chorizo in oil in a small paella pan, give the chorizo some welly to bring the flavour out....
....add the rice....
....add the mussels, prawns, & peas....
