light in aft not working

hi new to here needing advice on interior light in aft not working have taken the bulb out and it looks ok weird looking bulb tho ? any ideas where to get another 1 of those type bulbs or wat the problem might be?

If you have a leisure battery, check it is charged. Same happened to me very recently and a few things stopped working. Quick charge sorted it.

My AFT switch usually needs a few swings from left to right before it wakes up but is better since I gave it a clean out.

Yours might just need a clean up of the contacts to spruce it up a bit. :)


If all else fails, try a PM to one of these guys for a bulb or complete unit.

check there is power to the lamp........ there is a switch which cuts out the supply when the roof is closed.....maybe that is stuck ?...... worth checking all of the suggestions....

thanks for the replys , but dont have a leisure batterry well not fitted at present but will have soon to come and also tried wiggling the light switch probably buy whole new lite unit i think. thanks again

where will i find that switch that cuts the power to the roof?
sounds like a possabiity cus the bulb doesnt look blown .

thanks mike just been outside with my steps and found the little switch and pressed it and guess what? it now works so thanks for posting the thread mate awesome ive fixed my first niggle thanks to the members who have replied .
